Returns

Returns will be accepted only if the item you purchased is misplaced or damaged from our side. 

International: We have a 3-day return policy for orders outside the U.A.E which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

UAE: We have a  same day  return policy for orders inside the uae . 

All returns are accepted only under the condition of a damaged or misplaced item.

PAYMENT WILL BE REFUNDED USING STRIPE OR BANK TRANSFER.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

- unworn or unused or un-washed.

- with tags, and in its original packaging.

- receipt or proof of purchase.

• Please use the appropriate return address.
• Please obtain tracking information of your return as we are not responsible for lost or stolen returns with no tracking provided.

RETURN ADDRESS AND MORE INFORMATION WILL BE SENT BY EMAIL ONCE YOUR REQUEST IS ACCEPTED.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Any shipping costs paid are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item by using our store credit.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on the original payment method used.
