Shipping Policy

ALL CUSTOMS FEES, TAXES, DUTIES AND ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE ORDER ONCE IT IS HANDED OVER TO THE SHIPPING CARRIER ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE FOR MORE INFORMATION

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched which will contain tracking information. You can also keep an eye out on your delivery or contact our Customer Care Team (info@lilo.ae ) to help track your order.

We ship worldwide.  will take 5-7 business days for express delivery anywhere outside United Arab Emirates. For express shipments, this does not include standard processing time of 2 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, US Holidays or  UAE National Holidays.

For pre-orders it will usually take 7-10 days working days inside the UAE 10-14 business days anywhere outside the UAE.

Please note that LILO is not responsible for any potential delay after item has been handed over to the shipping courier as it is provided by the courier and may vary with package origin and destination. The selection of shipping options are available to you upon checkout.

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Please note that LILO LLC. also does not provide refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their orders. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you have concerns regarding import taxes and customs duties.

United Arab Emirates (UAE):  30 AED  5-7working days for delivery, excluding holidays and weekends. ( excluding pre-order items, any pre-order items will usually take 10-14 days...please contact us on WhatsApp for further information)

Change or Cancel Your Order

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
